Our refund and cancellation terms for DataPanda subscriptions.
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which Digimark GmbH ("DataPanda") issues refunds for paid subscriptions.
DataPanda offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to DataPanda until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or data.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has begun. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided the service has not been substantially used (e.g., more than 3 reports generated or more than 3 Instagram accounts connected). After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining period.
If you are charged for a renewal that you did not intend, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal date. We will review each case individually and, where the charge was unintended and the service was not used in the new period, we will issue a refund.
In the event of a significant service disruption or outage that renders DataPanda substantially unusable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period. Disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta/Instagram API outages) are outside our control and do not automatically entitle users to a refund.

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you are a consumer (not a business user) based in the EU, you may have additional statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, which may be waived if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. Please contact us if you have questions about your statutory rights.
If you are not satisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate to Stripe's dispute resolution process or contact your credit card issuer. We will cooperate fully with any such process.
