First, try the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If you still can't access your account, email support@datapanda.io with the email address you used to sign up.
Meta access tokens expire every 60 days. Go to Accounts in the app and reconnect your Instagram account via the "Reconnect" button. If the problem persists, contact support.
Please read our Refund Policy for full details. Generally, we offer a 14-day refund window for annual plans. Monthly subscriptions are not refunded for the remaining period.
You can delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. If you need help, visit our Data Deletion page or email privacy@datapanda.io.
